The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.93 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 11.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.18 per cent at Rs 92.68 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.12 per cent to Rs 84.08 crore from Rs 66.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 393.33 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.59 per cent to Rs 8.60 crore as against Rs 12.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.35 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 6100.00 per cent at Rs 1.86 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.03 crore).
