The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.37 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.52 per cent at Rs 23.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.83 per cent to Rs 18.92 crore from Rs 18.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 617.24 per cent at Rs -3.00 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.83 per cent to Rs 4.68 crore as against Rs 3.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.77 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 262.75 per cent at Rs -0.83 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.51 crore).
