The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.83 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.52 per cent at Rs 92.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.45 per cent to Rs 85.06 crore from Rs 87.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.15 per cent to Rs 7.18 crore as against Rs 6.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 21.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.22 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.73 crore).
