The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.26 per cent at Rs 4.71 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.77 per cent to Rs 5.35 crore from Rs 4.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 761.54 per cent at Rs 1.12 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 190.14 per cent to Rs -0.64 crore as against Rs 0.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 190.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.91 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.22 crore).
