Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that demand of Rs. 1,10,796 was raised by Assistant Commissioner, Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, GST Department vide order dated January 03, 2024 and Company has filed an appeal against the impugned order and Additional Commissioner Grade (2) Appeal, Jhansi vide its order dated April 07, 2025 allowed appeal and directed the refund of amount paid.
