The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.46 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.28 per cent at Rs 153.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 153.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.77 per cent to Rs 122.24 crore from Rs 127.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.88 per cent at Rs 4.01 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 9.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.38 per cent to Rs 30.97 crore as against Rs 26.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.69 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 43.66 per cent at Rs 8.95 crore (Mar'24 Rs 6.23 crore).
