The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.10 per cent at Rs 188.07 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 232.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.26 per cent to Rs 174.89 crore from Rs 216.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.22 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.46 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.90 per cent to Rs 13.18 crore as against Rs 15.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.79 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 16.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.57 crore
