The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 39.21 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.40 per cent at Rs 344.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 321.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.87 per cent to Rs 296.78 crore from Rs 270.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.08 per cent at Rs 7.67 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 9.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.70 per cent to Rs 48.16 crore as against Rs 51.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.20 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.58 per cent at Rs 14.39 crore (Mar'24 Rs 16.46 crore).
