The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.64 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 52.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.99 per cent at Rs 2,210.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,046.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.08 per cent to Rs 1,982.33 crore from Rs 1,817.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 290.28 per cent at Rs 8.43 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.70 per cent to Rs 228.00 crore as against Rs 229.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.02 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 4.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 47.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.23 per cent at Rs 17.76 crore (Mar'24 Rs 18.74 crore).
