The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.62 per cent at Rs 25.09 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.97 per cent to Rs 23.75 crore from Rs 16.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 81.37 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.58 per cent to Rs 1.34 crore as against Rs 0.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.13 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 15.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.38 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
