The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.89 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.03 per cent at Rs 47.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.66 per cent to Rs 39.73 crore from Rs 39.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 47.49 per cent at Rs 6.28 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 11.96 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.47 per cent to Rs 8.08 crore as against Rs 6.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.52 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 8.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.74 per cent at Rs 3.74 crore (Mar'24 Rs 4.19 crore).
