The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.20 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.46 per cent at Rs 33.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.80 per cent to Rs 28.45 crore from Rs 25.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.77 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.93 per cent to Rs 5.49 crore as against Rs 4.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.52 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 9.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.42 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.76 crore).
