The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 114.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.55 per cent at Rs 51.90 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.94 per cent to Rs 52.02 crore from Rs 40.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 114.29 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 500.00 per cent to Rs -0.12 crore as against Rs 0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 442.86 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
