Based on the Recommendation of Audit Commitee the Board has approved the re-appointed M/s Shanawaz & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of the shareholder at the ensuing AGM of the Company
