The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.07 per cent at Rs 17.90 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.87 per cent to Rs 16.09 crore from Rs 25.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 43.42 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.76 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 58.04 per cent to Rs 1.80 crore as against Rs 4.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.07 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 275.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.64 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.12 crore).
