The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 85.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 65.04 per cent at Rs 38.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 64.89 per cent to Rs 33.62 crore from Rs 95.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 62.50 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 66.00 per cent to Rs 4.75 crore as against Rs 13.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.67 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 47.20 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.66 crore, while Taxation decreased by 78.86 per cent at Rs 0.67 crore (Mar'24 Rs 3.17 crore).
