Senior IAS officer Sanjay Kaul on Monday took over as the Managing Director and Group CEO of global financial centre IFSC Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City).

Kaul, a 2001-batch officer, succeeds Tapan Ray, who has been at the helm since 2019 and led GIFT City through a defining phase of growth, Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) said in a statement.

Sanjay Kaul brings with him over two decades of experience in public policy, infrastructure development, technology, and finance.
