The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 43.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.14 per cent at Rs 162.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 140.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.65 per cent to Rs 98.39 crore from Rs 89.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 58.72 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.70 per cent to Rs 64.36 crore as against Rs 50.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.95 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 18.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.22 per cent at Rs 14.79 crore (Jun'24 Rs 7.90 crore).
