The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 116.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 92.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.26 per cent at Rs 3,268.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,378.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.34 per cent to Rs 3,178.88 crore from Rs 3,358.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.86 per cent at Rs 17.19 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 13.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.35 per cent to Rs 193.66 crore as against Rs 143.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 176.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 27.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.42 per cent at Rs 40.39 crore (Jun'24 Rs 30.97 crore).
