The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 384.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 366.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.66 per cent at Rs 6,065.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5,155.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.19 per cent to Rs 5,293.01 crore from Rs 4,478.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.25 per cent at Rs 68.99 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 69.86 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.12 per cent to Rs 772.82 crore as against Rs 677.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.04 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 8.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 30.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.03 per cent at Rs 189.46 crore (Jun'24 Rs 126.28 crore).
