The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.06 per cent at Rs 214.33 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 180.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.68 per cent to Rs 145.66 crore from Rs 136.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.41 per cent at Rs 3.18 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 11.96 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.93 per cent to Rs 68.67 crore as against Rs 43.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.67 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 23.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.26 per cent at Rs 13.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs 9.41 crore).
