The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 177.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 236.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.03 per cent at Rs 2,609.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,636.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.84 per cent to Rs 2,290.09 crore from Rs 2,248.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.13 per cent at Rs 16.91 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 21.44 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.67 per cent to Rs 319.12 crore as against Rs 387.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.80 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 17.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.76 per cent at Rs 62.88 crore (Jun'24 Rs 83.57 crore).
