The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 42.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 64.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.50 per cent at Rs 352.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 265.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.26 per cent to Rs 283.40 crore from Rs 222.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.64 per cent at Rs 18.63 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 18.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 59.49 per cent to Rs 69.01 crore as against Rs 43.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.70 per cent at Rs 13.02 crore (Jun'24 Rs 14.58 crore).
