The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 56.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.06 per cent at Rs 18.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.52 per cent to Rs 16.39 crore from Rs 14.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 30.51 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 67.71 per cent to Rs 1.61 crore as against Rs 0.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 47.85 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 600.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.48 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.29 crore).
