The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.44 per cent at Rs 152.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 156.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.91 per cent to Rs 137.59 crore from Rs 143.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 44.83 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.29 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.03 per cent to Rs 15.35 crore as against Rs 13.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.94 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 26.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.58 per cent at Rs 0.92 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.81 crore).
