The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.91 per cent at Rs 206.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 168.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.36 per cent to Rs 203.84 crore from Rs 165.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 46.58 per cent at Rs 0.86 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.31 per cent to Rs 3.02 crore as against Rs 3.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.78 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 5.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.43 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.70 crore).
