The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 34.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 28.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.79 per cent at Rs 126.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 112.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.02 per cent to Rs 77.73 crore from Rs 68.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 64.82 per cent at Rs 5.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.89 per cent to Rs 48.87 crore as against Rs 44.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.68 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.31 per cent at Rs 10.95 crore (Jun'24 Rs 9.75 crore).
