LLP Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30 subject to approvals of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.\r\n\r\nKindly take the same on record.
