The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 280.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 38.02 per cent at Rs 14.81 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.43 per cent to Rs 13.19 crore from Rs 10.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 78.57 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.84 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1146.15 per cent to Rs 1.62 crore as against Rs 0.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 804.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 320.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
