The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.54 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 71.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.99 per cent at Rs 123.87 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.59 per cent to Rs 117.28 crore from Rs 82.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 2.78 per cent at Rs 1.75 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.06 per cent to Rs 6.59 crore as against Rs 4.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.99 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 16.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
