The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 36.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 75.51 per cent at Rs 1,198.42 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 682.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 80.33 per cent to Rs 1,147.87 crore from Rs 636.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.04 per cent at Rs 20.50 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 18.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.18 per cent to Rs 50.55 crore as against Rs 46.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 37.76 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 18.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.58 per cent at Rs 17.28 crore (Jun'24 Rs 12.38 crore).
