The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.58 per cent at Rs 91.74 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.49 per cent to Rs 85.53 crore from Rs 88.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 13.97 per cent at Rs 7.33 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.52 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.28 per cent to Rs 6.21 crore as against Rs 8.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.98 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.72 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.06 per cent at Rs 2.42 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.46 crore).
