The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 119.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 64.48 per cent at Rs 134.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 68.53 per cent to Rs 123.16 crore from Rs 73.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.36 per cent to Rs 11.25 crore as against Rs 8.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 22.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 58.06 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.31 crore).
