The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 66.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.99 per cent at Rs 137.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 180.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.14 per cent to Rs 71.23 crore from Rs 73.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.24 per cent at Rs 6.58 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 5.76 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 38.30 per cent to Rs 66.07 crore as against Rs 107.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 992.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.03 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore (Jun'24 Rs 22.24 crore).
