The New India Assurance Company Ltd. on Monday, 19 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 36 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 04 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 04 September 2025.

The last five dividends are 41.20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 38.60% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2023), 6% Final dividend (Ex Date : 25 August 2022), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2019) and 100% Final dividend (Ex Date : 27 June 2018).
