The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 365.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 328.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.60 per cent at Rs 1,738.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,557.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.81 per cent to Rs 1,292.76 crore from Rs 1,166.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.18 per cent at Rs 72.84 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 67.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.96 per cent to Rs 445.59 crore as against Rs 391.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.11 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 111.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.82 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.54 per cent at Rs 127.27 crore (Jun'24 Rs 109.21 crore).
