The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.80 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 100.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.51 per cent at Rs 14.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.18 per cent to Rs 13.56 crore from Rs 12.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.00 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 90.57 per cent to Rs 1.01 crore as against Rs 0.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 69.61 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 85.71 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
