The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.37 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.04 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.62 per cent at Rs 5.93 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.92 per cent to Rs 4.38 crore from Rs 5.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 266.67 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 229.79 per cent to Rs 1.55 crore as against Rs 0.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 202.90 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 26.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 311.54 per cent at Rs -0.55 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.26 crore).
