The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.37 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 85.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.49 per cent at Rs 160.72 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 202.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.44 per cent to Rs 155.56 crore from Rs 193.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 236.36 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 42.79 per cent to Rs 5.16 crore as against Rs 9.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.03 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.85 crore, while Taxation decreased by 86.24 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.09 crore).
