The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.83 per cent at Rs 78.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 71.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.16 per cent to Rs 74.48 crore from Rs 67.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.97 per cent at Rs 2.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.28 per cent to Rs 4.39 crore as against Rs 4.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.95 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 27.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.94 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.42 crore).
