The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.94 per cent at Rs 45.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.28 per cent to Rs 44.00 crore from Rs 53.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 21.40 per cent at Rs 2.95 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.43 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 40.83 per cent to Rs 1.00 crore as against Rs 1.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.89 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 921.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.11 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.63 crore).
