The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.91 per cent at Rs 730.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 636.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.54 per cent to Rs 673.57 crore from Rs 593.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.17 per cent at Rs 3.12 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.29 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 33.89 per cent to Rs 57.29 crore as against Rs 42.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.49 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.99 per cent at Rs 11.42 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.46 crore).
