The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.72 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.60 per cent at Rs 36.65 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 54.33 per cent to Rs 10.70 crore from Rs 23.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 850.88 per cent at Rs 5.42 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.57 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 35.80 per cent to Rs 25.95 crore as against Rs 40.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.21 per cent at Rs 8.23 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.58 crore).
