This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) regulation, 2015, the Register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 24th September, 2025, to Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders attending the 34th AGM.
