The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 166.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 201.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.34 per cent at Rs 390.22 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 416.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.24 per cent to Rs 182.85 crore from Rs 136.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.56 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.05 per cent to Rs 207.37 crore as against Rs 280.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.05 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.04 per cent at Rs 27.69 crore (Sep'24 Rs 67.61 crore).
