The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 387.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1882.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.26 per cent at Rs 4,602.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6,696.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.12 per cent to Rs 4,138.30 crore from Rs 3,974.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 75.43 per cent at Rs 364.20 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 207.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 82.35 per cent to Rs 480.30 crore as against Rs 2,721.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 74.34 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 17.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 33.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 83.00 per cent at Rs 129.00 crore (Sep'24 Rs 758.70 crore).
