The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.44 per cent at Rs 446.34 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 448.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.81 per cent to Rs 405.02 crore from Rs 412.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.02 per cent at Rs 1.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.32 per cent to Rs 41.32 crore as against Rs 35.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.89 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 24.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 13.44 per cent at Rs 4.51 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.21 crore).
