The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.05 per cent at Rs 83.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.18 per cent to Rs 77.28 crore from Rs 91.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.92 per cent at Rs 2.49 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 14.58 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 62.94 per cent to Rs 6.66 crore as against Rs 17.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 51.79 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.53 crore, while Taxation decreased by 156.82 per cent at Rs -3.79 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.67 crore).
