The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 35.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 46.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 54.79 per cent at Rs 392.20 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 253.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 62.60 per cent to Rs 332.30 crore from Rs 204.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 59.91 per cent at Rs 14.60 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 9.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.22 per cent to Rs 59.90 crore as against Rs 49.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.04 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 90.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 68.44 per cent at Rs 17.40 crore (Sep'24 Rs 10.33 crore).
