The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 783.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 54.62 per cent at Rs 2.26 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 53.47 per cent to Rs 2.35 crore from Rs 5.05 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 1416.67 per cent to Rs 0.79 crore as against Rs -0.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3093.10 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 1200.00 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
